What digger undercarriage parts does VANROCK supply?

Expert Answer

VANROCK supplies the main digger undercarriage parts: track chains, track shoes, track rollers, carrier rollers, front idlers, sprockets and segment groups, rubber tracks, rubber pads, and track bolts and nuts. These parts cover the wear components that keep an excavator or other tracked machine moving, supported, and properly tensioned.

Depending on the machine and job site, the undercarriage may also need tensioning-related parts and matched hardware so the whole system works together. VANROCK manufactures undercarriage solutions for 350+ machinery brands, so the key is matching the correct part family to the machine model, track pitch, and application rather than choosing by appearance alone.

When identifying what you need, check for common wear signs such as uneven track wear, broken or cupped shoes, noisy rollers, idler wear, chain elongation, poor tracking, or difficulty keeping tension. If wear is concentrated on one side, the problem may be alignment or operating conditions, not just the part itself. A dealer can help confirm whether you need a full assembly or only specific components.

Useful details to have ready are the machine make and model, serial number, undercarriage type, track width, and whether the machine uses steel tracks, rubber tracks, or rubber pads. Avoid mixing parts from different wear stages or assuming one visibly similar part will fit another model. For OEM names such as Caterpillar or Komatsu, VANROCK is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with the OEM. VANROCK sells exclusively through its appointed dealer network, and pricing is quoted on request.
